This is an inexpensive elliptical diamond cartridge. I paid $37 for a brand new cartridge with stylus on eBay.
Tested on Sony PS-LX5, tracking force set to 1.3 grams.
Listening impressions at zero hours of use (no break in time): excellent stereo separation, good center imaging, inaudible noise floor, excellent treble and midrange clarity, both treble and midrange are engaging. Unfortunately the bass seems to be almost completely absent.
